People have to stop calling hoisin Chinese BBQ sauce.. a fellow Chinese guy saying it doesn't help. Hoisin is hoisin. Not everything needs to be appropriated to a "__" BBQ sauce.
So his restaurant is not open til Fall 2021 according to the website so hopefully this will be on the menu when it opens
