The only thing I would change honestly is the way u peel the crawfish. I’m from Louisiana and we don’t really worry about the crawfish vein. Just break it the way u did, suck the head, and pinch the bottom of the tail, u should feel the meat push up slightly, then suck the meat out of the tail. It’s just a easier process .
