Never used a whipping siphon…but in the 70s I had a friend in metal shop contrive an enclosure for the cartridges. Why? To fill balloons with the N2O so we'd fill our lungs to get such a high – what a rush. Now I look back and think how silly it was…the Mickey Mouse voice you get for a few seconds and the short-lived high. Goes well with a case of beer. Lol
