I know my input is just a comment on YouTube but I have to say it anyway. DDD has lost my respect after learning the truth about what it takes to be on the show. Restaurants are not compensated for ingredients used. They have to shut down for a day or two for filming (also not compensated). Guy is pretty much an asshole according to restaurant owners that have been on the show and that happy go lucky attitude is all for the cameras.
Finally, a traditional tempeh "mendoan" recipe is aired and recognized instead of funky vegans meat substitute madness.
