No real dietary concerns, I just like to feel special and my holistic life coach tells me it’ll help my anxiety if I mention that I have anxiety every 14 seconds and if I cut down on punctuation and only eat foods I’ve seen trending on Twaddler. Oh, and I’ve recently decided I’m fungus intolerant (ummm, it’s a real thing, look it up boomer #eyeroll) so could I substitute truffles for mushrooms? I saw them in literally every cooking tiktak and they look sooooooo yummy!

Definitely something I'm gonna make for my next chicken dish. Though I might try and put some flour in after sauteing the mushrooms, onions and garlic to thicken the broth more and make it more gravy style.

That would also look so good with colorful chunks of carrot. red bell pepper, and celery. Funny, I was eating the reheated chicken soup I made and froze for later as I watched this video. I do low fat, so I rinse the cooked chicken with hot water in a colander, and use very little butter in the mushrooms. And I remove the fat from the broth. You are the Orlando Bloom of the calories you consume!

Not exactly a glamor dish, is it. No matter how well it's presented; like here. It's still what you eat when you're sick and have a fever and not hungry and your parent or spouse is forcing you to "just take a bite or two because you need something else in your stomach other than medicine". And you give in because you're too sick to fight and argue. This is what you eat.
