What do you mean a difference of seven dollars "if you have to buy everything"? Which of those ingredients are meant to be things every person has on hand? Salt, oil, rice, and maybe vinegar are the only ones that make sense to me… and even then how many people have a sushi-appropriate rice in their pantry at any given time?
